Marketing Communications

Todd CabralFor the past decade, Todd Cabral has been driving high-impact corporate marketing and communications programs for emerging and established technology leaders in New England and across the US. As a partner at Image Architects, Todd helps clients define and execute marketing strategies that create awareness, generate leads and better serve their installed base. Todd’s structured approach to marketing stems from his exposure to the exuberance of the late nineties technology boom, and his experience during the downturn that followed.

"As a marketer who grew up in and after the bubble, I’ve seen what can be done with seemingly infinite resources, and what can be accomplished on a shoestring," Todd noted. "In both environments, the programs that paid the highest dividends were built upon a strong foundation of positioning, differentiation and messaging, and had a well defined goal, audience and purpose. These principals form the foundation for my work with clients and my entries on this blog."

When he’s not getting in over his head with home improvement projects, Todd is either golfing poorly, practicing slight of hand or dropping in on his favorite Boston pub. Todd has a BS in Communications from Northeastern University, where he graduated Cum Laude.

Jeff Gwynne

Partner, Image Architects, LLC

Communications Strategy

Jeff GwynneJeff Gwynne has spent his career developing and executing marketing and business development strategies in the promotion of new products, services, companies, and markets. "Perhaps the biggest thing that I have learned is to make sure that every action has a reason, each investment maps to an end game and all moves are consistent with a common goal," said Jeff. "Lack of process and a logical link between goals, strategies and tactics is where start-ups, especially high tech start-ups, get stuck in the mud."

Jeff has seen 5000 movies, climbed 400 mountains, enjoys 30 sports and esoteric hobbies, and mows 2 acres of lawn every week. Jeff holds a BA in Physics from Bowdoin College, where he played rugby and graduated Summa Cum Laude. He also has an MSEE from WPI.

Peter Rosati

CEO, iBeam, Inc.

Web Application Design, Development and Marketing

Peter Rosati is a 20-year computer services industry veteran, and CEO of iBeam, Inc. a web services company providing marketing and operational consulting since 1995. iBeam provides services to companies that seek to increase the performance of their web activities and online presence. Peter is also the founder of iBeam product spinoffs TeamExtranet, and Arxspan.

Prior to iBeam, Peter served as MIS manager at AIG and senior analyst at IDC. "At IDC I consulted to huge service corporations and saw how difficult it can be for them to make tactical decisions to meet their goals", said Peter. "Eventually you learn to pinpoint the decision makers in these organizations who can affect change and implement tactical adjustments. I approach web consulting in the same manner." "We ultimately guide the client by asking ‘what do you want your website visitor to do when they get to your site?’ That gives us immediate insight into their goals and how their site can address multi-faceted initiatives. Then you design everything else around this. The look and feel, functionality and content must all be consistent with this goal and, most importantly, have an obvious call to action."

Peter drives three vehicles, which all sport bumper stickers: "I’d rather be racing!" In his spare time he enjoys auto racing, soccer (coaching, playing and watching), sailing, eating at fine restaurants and drinking red wines. Peter majored in engineering and marketing at Northeastern University.

Peter is currently the President of the Karting Industry Council, a racing industry manufacturer organization, Chairman of the Holliston Conservation Commission and serves on the boards of several companies in the Boston area.
